Recently, Yantian listed a regional traffic land for the construction of the container terminal project in the East operation area of Yantian port area of Shenzhen port, which will be sold on October 27. The transferred land is located in Yantian street, Yantian District, with a total land area of 676002.38 m2, a construction surface of 20925 m2, a listing starting price of 293 million and a land service life of 50 years. The total building area included in the plot ratio of the parcel of land shall not exceed 20925 m2, including 10500 m2 of transportation facilities (4500 m2 of maintenance shed, 3000 m2 of machine repair room and 3000 m2 of material room), 5825 m2 of supporting management room (5825 m2 of supporting office), 4600 m2 of supporting municipal facilities (1500 m2 of charging room, 3075 m2 of substation and 25 m2 of oily water treatment room).
